Sparks Farm is a leading supplier of farm fresh eggs to Calgary, Edmonton and surrounding areas. We currently employ over 50 people at our 110 acre site just outside Calgary. The company handles approximately 50% of Alberta's egg production, processing eggs from over 80 Alberta egg producers.

We are located 8 miles Northeast of the Calgary International Airport close to our major market area. Our total production, grading, packaging and marketing facilities include 4 production barns, approximately 37,000 square feet of processing area and storage.

Processing and packaging is handled by state of the art grading equipment at speeds of 250 to 300 cases per hour, which turns out to be about 7500 to 9000 dozen eggs per hour. Since being purchased by the Gilani Family in 1976, Sparks Eggs has, and will continue to strive to offer the best in quality, service and value to the entire Alberta Market.
